At Maverick School we deliver Business courses from Te Wananga o Aotearoa - these courses are aimed at helping migrants and local residents to get practical business knowledge and skills in order to start their own business or succeed in the one they are working now.

Certificate in First Steps to Business (Level 2) is a basic qualification which will provide you with fundamental business skills and help you develop your own business ideas.

Certificate in Small Business Management (Level 4) is suitable for people who already own their business or plan to start one. This course will help you develop necessary skills to successfully manage your business.

These courses are free of charge provided that you are a New Zealand permanent resident or citizen.
